1 General Terms & Conditions

Horas7 (https://horas7.ws) is an online Sports Betting platform operating under an international gaming license. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between horas7 and the user. Please read them in full before using any service on the horas7 platform.

Horas7 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice will be posted on the platform when changes are made. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Opening an account on horas7 is free. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. horas7 may initiate a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time.

4 Betting Rules

Horas7 has its own rules for bet acceptance, settlement, and cancellation, which apply equally to all users. Please read the odds and match conditions carefully before placing a bet.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• horas7 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason.
• If a bet is cancelled before the match begins, the stake will be refunded.
• Once a bet is confirmed in live betting, cancellation is not possible.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be considered void.

Odds Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, the original odds apply even if they change afterwards. However, horas7 reserves the right to void or adjust bets placed at erroneous odds.

Maximum Bet Limit

A maximum bet limit applies to each event and may be changed by horas7 at any time. Higher limits may be set for VIP members.

5 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on horas7 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and other approved payment methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Daily maximum deposit: ৳1,00,000
• No extra charges on deposits
• Deposits are usually credited within 30 seconds

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳50,000
• Usually processed within 24 hours
• Withdrawals must be sent to the same account used for the deposit

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Horas7 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

Welcome Bonus

• New members get up to 150% bonus on their first deposit.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.
• A 10x wagering requirement applies before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.

• Winnings from free bets require 5x wagering before withdrawal.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the horas7 platform. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or Operating Multiple Accounts
• Using a false identity or providing incorrect information
• Using Another Person's Account or Sharing Accounts
• Fraudulent use of the betting system
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Placing bets using automated bots or software

8 Account Suspension & Termination

Horas7 may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found
• Failure to provide the documents required for verification
• If there is reason to suspect suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity
• By order of law enforcement authorities

Users may also close their account at any time. Any valid outstanding balance will be returned, though bonus balances will not be refunded if wagering requirements have not been met.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap.
